Hotel Colors Inn

We stayed at Hotel Colors Inn for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond — they allowed us an early check-in and even helped us set up our SIM card, which was a huge help! Everyone working there was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our twin room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for (and more). It was also very easy to contact the front desk for any extra requests, and they always responded promptly. The location was perfect — about a 15-minute walk to both the SCC Mall and the Old City (Baščaršija). Even though the hotel isn’t right in the old town, it’s conveniently located within the pickup and drop-off zone for many tours, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Breakfast was consistently good every morning, with plenty of choice and fresh options.

We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything was perfect for us. From the taxi pickup (which was organised by the hotel) to the little touches in the room and bathroom. We were given a goodie bag as soon as we were picked up with water and fruits. The room was extremely clean and spacious. For us the bed was perfect as it was a firm bed which may not be to everyone’s taste. Breakfast was great. I loved how they had the gluten free breads readily available for guest to pick from (packaged and separated from the other breads) and they had different types of gf bread. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Colors Inn is the hotel that positively suprised me. First of all, I was surprised by the parking lot right at the entrance at the back, so it's really easy with luggage. The room was big enough, clean with a very well-stocked mini bar. The staff was very friendly. While staying in many hotels, the breakfast was the most pleasant, with a wide range of options (including freshly squeezed juice). The terrace on the top of the hotel is also interesting, offering a nice view of part of Sarajevo.

Incredible hotel! Every aspect of the design is clearly thought out and then executed with perfection. The lighting, carpets, and every amenity is thoughtfully curated. At the same time, there's nothing fussy about it. The bed and shower - which are the most important factors - are the most comfortable I ever remember experiencing. My room was huge with lots of space for my bags.Then there's the breakfast with soooo many delicious options. I am totally blown away by everything from the handwritten welcome note to the warmly efficient staff to the very reasonable price. Colors is my new favorite hotel on the planet.

Colors Inn Sarajevo exceeded expectations with its superb location—just a short walk from all the city's major attractions. The spacious rooms and bathrooms, ultra-comfy beds, and incredibly delicious breakfast (worth lingering over!) made our stay unforgettable, but the true highlight was the exceptionally friendly staff whose warm smiles and thoughtful service made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
